Highly displeased with the delivery time. It took them 9 days to deliver the product neither any of the representatives of the website provided correct information. All documents required should be asked in order page instead of asking for it in later stages which results in an unnecessary delay in delivery of the order. sim ejection pin was also missing from the box once opened which shows a careless attitude of the seller. Ishoping really needs to look into their order form and should speed up delivery of the order by asking for provision of all required documents. All orders should be checked by the website before dispatching to the customer to ensure that all contents of the box are enclosed I am strongly displeased with delivery of product and somewhat displeased with abscence of sim ejection pin in the box

I was sent a 110V unit meant for USA market. I was never told about this otherwise I would have not bought the unit. Nothing was mentioned online about this either and you automatically assume it is 220V. The seller should be told to disclose such info. I wanted to order a LED TV as well but now I won't as I don't know what I will get.

I bought lg g4 mobile from this seller in 2016, delivered after 20 days, then placed order far a portable hdd, delivered after one month, on 28thjune place order for two hard drives and today on 11th of august still no news. It was my first time to order a not-so-cheap item online and quite hesitant to do so especially that it was a mobile phone. Here are my takeaways: Fulfillment time: I will give it a 4/5. I ordered it on the 28th but only confirmed the next day. Maybe they have a lot of orders that's why it was a bit late but good thing there was a call to confirm my order. Delivery date: Fast. Received my parcel after two days however I know how this goes so won't rate it. Item itself: I believe the item I ordered is legit. Will use it for a week and then maybe post another review for it. Overall, I had a great time doing business with the seller after reading some good reviews of them. Will highly recommend the seller to others.

Although you took too long, but I'm eventually satisfied because the product is sealed packed and genuine. Kindly do not mention 10-12 working days delivery time on your website when products may take about 1 month plus due to import or customs related matters. For the first time, I decided to try Ishopping.pk and pay in advance but to my disappointment, they delivered 20 days later after my many calls, messages and emails. Also, point to be noted is that I was asked to change the product colour as they did not have the colour I wanted and because of that my original order was cancelled. Colour change can be forgiven but delaying package especially after customer has already paid in full (including shipping cost) is unacceptable. I will never order anything from Ishopping.pk in the future as they don't keep their promise to ship within 6 days. Thank you for at least delivering a genuine and original product (ipad 6)
